Welcome to SugerFX. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SugerFX FX Swap service. By initiating a swap, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. FX Swap Service

SugerFX provides users with a secure platform to exchange supported fiat and digital currencies through selected swap plans.

Available swap durations may include:

  • Instant FX Swap – Expected to arrive in less than 1 minute after payment/deposit confirmation.

  • NGN FX Swap (1 Week)

  • NGN FX Swap (2 Weeks)

  • NGN FX Swap (3 Weeks)

  • NGN FX Swap (4 Weeks)

  • USDT FX Swap (1 Week)

  • USDT FX Swap (2 Weeks)

  • USDT FX Swap (3 Weeks)

  • Additional swap products as made available on the platform.

2. Swap Completion Time

Every FX Swap is processed within the duration selected by the user at the time the order is placed.

Instant FX Swap

Instant FX Swap transactions are designed to arrive in less than 1 minute after SugerFX confirms receipt of the required payment or cryptocurrency deposit.

While SugerFX aims to process Instant FX Swaps within this timeframe, the actual arrival time may vary due to payment verification, blockchain network conditions, banking systems, security checks, or other circumstances beyond SugerFX's reasonable control.

Standard FX Swap Examples

  • 1 Week Swap – Completed within 7 days.

  • 2 Weeks Swap – Completed within 14 days.

  • 3 Weeks Swap – Completed within 21 days.

  • 4 Weeks Swap – Completed within 28 days.

The processing period begins after SugerFX confirms receipt of your payment or cryptocurrency deposit.

Some swaps may be completed earlier than the estimated time; however, the selected duration represents the maximum standard processing period under normal operating conditions.

3. Exchange Rates

Exchange rates are determined by SugerFX at the time a swap order is confirmed.

Once a transaction has been accepted, the applicable exchange rate cannot be modified.

Users should carefully review the quoted exchange rate before confirming their transaction.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate wallet addresses and bank account information.

  • Verify all transaction details before submission.

  • Ensure sufficient funds are available for processing.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

SugerFX shall not be responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

5. Processing Delays

Although SugerFX aims to complete all swaps within the selected duration, delays may occur due to:

  • Blockchain network congestion

  • Banking system delays

  • Payment verification

  • Security or compliance checks

  • Scheduled maintenance

  • Force majeure events beyond our control

Where a delay occurs, SugerFX will continue processing the transaction until completion.

6. Transaction Status

Users may track the status of their swaps through their SugerFX account.

Possible statuses include:

  • Pending

  • Payment Confirmed

  • Processing

  • Completed

  • Failed

  • Cancelled

7. Cancellation Policy

Once payment has been confirmed and processing has begun, FX Swap transactions cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests submitted before processing begins may be approved at SugerFX's sole discretion.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The swap cannot be completed due to a platform-related issue.

  • Payment verification fails.

  • A duplicate payment is received.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect wallet addresses.

  • Incorrect bank account details.

  • User errors after transaction confirmation.

  • Market price movements after confirmation.

9. Compliance & Verification

SugerFX reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC), proof of payment, or additional documentation where necessary to comply with applicable laws, prevent fraud, or enhance platform security.

Failure to provide requested information may result in delayed processing or cancellation of the transaction.

10. Limitation of Liability

SugerFX shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

  • Incorrect information supplied by users.

  • Delays caused by third-party payment providers or blockchain networks.

  • Regulatory actions.

  • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

11. Amendments

SugerFX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the FX Swap service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Standard FX Swaps: Available durations may include 1 Week, 2 Weeks, 3 Weeks, or 4 Weeks. The selected duration represents the official maximum standard processing timeframe under normal operating conditions, calculated from the time your payment or deposit is successfully confirmed.

While many transactions may be completed earlier, processing times are not guaranteed where delays arise from circumstances outside SugerFX's reasonable control.
